wilderness, a day of the best grade 1 scrambling Britain has to offer,

Equipment
The kit list specifically
required for this trip will be sent to you upon receiving your registration
details. But in the meantime consider buying some good walking boots
and start wearing them in
now. No technical kit is required,
though you should have kit for cold and wet weather - even if this is
a June trip!
Level of Fitness
The first two days
are really quite reasonable, and are a good warm up for days three and
four, which can be more demanding. Do consider exercising regularly each week to develop your cardiovascular
system and stamina. At weekends, go and explore some countryside, maybe
take a pack and do some camping. As a rule of thumb, if you can comfortably
walk 8 miles - then you should be fine on this trip.
